Fill all the details, your first and last name, your Email id, choose “Transcriptionist” in position then select your country , then press “Next”. After that the following window will appear as in Pic 2;

In this window a Introduction of Rev, their payment system, requirement etc are given which I had already explained above. Now press “Start Application” then the following window will appear as given in Pic 3;
